Hopefully the new owner will tell us more about it.

The engine bears the casting "29" in raised numbers on the side of
the engine, and the marking "IH2" is cast into the cylinder head.
The overall height of the engine is approximately 16" (not including the oiler).
The Flywheel diameter is just under 16". The overall length of the
engine assembly from the edge of the flywheel to the tip of the pushrod
is about 26". The bore is approximately 3" and the stroke is 3 1/2".
Based on what I've been able to find on these engines, I'm venturing a
guess that this is about a 1 1/2 horsepower engine, by the dimensions and
the displacement, and that it was built somewhere between 1905 & 1920
